Check-in is possible from 3 P.M. Earlier check-in depends on the availability of the accommodation unit,
if the facility has prepared accommodation units, they will gladly allow you to check-in earlier.
Reception hours are from 7 A.M. until 1 A.M.
Check-out time is until 10 A.M. Later check-out is possible, depending on the availability of the
accommodation facility and only by prior arrangement.

Our prices are subject to change, depending on the period of stay and the availability of the
accommodation facility. All prices are available on request. Unfortunately, we do not have fixed annual
price lists, but we guarantee the lowest online price.

According to the law, the touristic tax for the Zadar, area/village Borik is 1.33€ per person per day.
Children up to 6 years old are free of charge, while for children from 6 to 12 years old, the price is 50% of
the price, which means 0,70 € per child per day.

Children up to 6 years of age stay for free in the presence of their parents. If the apartment is for a total of
four people, a child up to 6 years old can be the fifth person in the apartment in an existing bed.

We have an extra bed for an adult and a cot for babies. It is necessary to make a reservation before your
arrival.
The price of an extra bed is €25 per day and a baby cot is €15 per day.

You can cancel the reservation according to the cancellation conditions. Cancellation and payment
conditions are integral elements of reservation confirmation. With regular conditions, you can cancel the
reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival.

• VILLA ZUBČIĆ
When you book an apartment, you automatically have a reserved parking space in front of the Villa.
You have one parking space available for one apartment booked, if you book two apartments you have
two parking spaces available in front of the Villa, etc.

• ZUBČIĆ APARTMENT (CITY CENTER)
The apartment is located in the city center and we do not have private parking. There are several options
for free parking in front of the building, but we do not guarantee a reservation. Also, one hundred meters
from the apartment there is a public garage at address 112. brigade 1, open from 0-24h.

The reservation can be confirmed by paying an advance payment as a guarantee of arrival in the amount
of 30% of the total price.

For confirmation of the booking you need to settle the amount of 30% of the total amount as a deposit,
and because of that, we accept all kinds of cards. The rest of the amount you can settle one week before
your arrival to our account or in cash during the Check-in.
We are not able to charge directly from your card because we do not have a POS device.

Payment can be made in cash during the Check-in or by payment to our account one week before the start
of your reservation. Payment in installments is not possible.
